We had a magical experience eating at the oldest restaurant in Europe! The Christmas decor was lovely as were the staff. We enjoyed our entrees and the Salzburger Nockerl was a delight!

Şnitzel kalmamıştı. Menüden biftek ördek ve gonocchi ile salata sipariş ettik. Lezzet, fiyat ve beklentime göre kesinlikle malesef çok zayıftı. O hesabın hakkı malesef değil. Birçok farklı alternatifi mevcut. Onlara bakın derim.

We had such a wonderful night and were so happy to be dining in Europe's oldest restaurant. Everything was great - the food, the service, and the restaurant looked beautiful decorated for Christmas. It was a terrific experience we won't forget. Vielen Dank!

Küche, Ambiente und Service wirklich toll, einzig die Preise für die offenen Weine sind nicht nachvollziehbar - von 10 bis zu 30 Euro für ein Glas (0,1 L)!

Attending NYE event. Very disappointed with experience. Definitely was not worth the money. While the food was fine (nothing amazing in our opinion) made experience worse with serving time being erratic - first couple courses came out quickly and then long times (30 mins) between the last few courses. No music, sparse tables at first that were spread apart, so ambiance given it was NYE was incredibly lacking.

Shame we were not accommodated in the older part of the restaurant but the food was good and the service relaxed and friendly

Потрясающее место, уютная атмосфера, которая с первой минуты настраивает на отдых, особенно после прогулки по замкам и городу. Кухня — отличная, каждое блюдо было шедевром. Персонал очень внимательный и ненавязчивый. А главное — здесь совершенно теряешь чувство времени, так приятно и хорошо. Обязательно вернемся!

Zusammen mit meiner Schwester war ich zu Jahresbeginn in diesem wunderschönen Restaurant. Nicht nur das kulinarische Angebot, sondern auch die wundervolle Dekoration aller Räume hat uns bezaubert. Auch die Räume für jedwede Art von Festivitäten im oberen Stock waren sehr beeindruckend. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Location, die jederzeit einen weiteren Besuch wert ist. Vielen Dank an das sehr engagierte Team und überaus aufmerksame Bedienung.

Great environment with good quality food and drink. Slightly chaotic service on NYE meaning our wine pairing menu didn’t arrive with the relevant course. The restaurant did recognise this and made an appropriate bill adjustment. An enjoyable evening.

Der Gesamteindruck war gut bis sehr gut, Punkte als Feedback ist die Bequemlichkeit der Sitzgelegenheiten, Bank und Sessel der zu niedrig war, auch der Tisch ist zwar stylisch jedoch unpraktisch mit seinem großen runden Fuß. Man konnte seine Beine nicht bequem lagern...

Overall we really enjoyed our Christmas dinner! The food was delicious and the fixed menu experience was fun. However, there was a family with three small children sitting next to us and they were letting the children watch music videos loudly on their phones. The ambiance of a baby fussing and "baby shark" playing did take away from the experience of what was a very expensive and supposed to be fancy dinner, and I wish the staff had said something about the disruption.

We had the pre-fixe "surprise" menu and were extremely delighted with the food across all 5 courses. The service was phenomenal. We received good wine-pairing recommendations and were even offered a tour of the very beautiful (and superbly decorated) building. You don't have to spend as much as we did to enjoy good food and a lively atmosphere, there were plenty of options and the staff was delightful with everyone within earshot.

Everything was excellent! From the place with all the Christmas decorations, the friendly staff and the food. Special thanks to Nicolas, who was very kind and attentive. I’ll definitely recommend it and come back.

Teuer, lauwarm, zu rummelig, schade um das schöne Ambiente. Wir würden es nicht als Touristenfalle bezeichnen, aber das eigentlich schöne Ambiente wird durch Touristenrummel und hektische Kellner schon ziemlich ramponiert. Wir machten den Fehler und bestellten Getränke und Essen gleichzeitig. Der Grund lag allerdings in einer recht langen Wartezeit bis zu Bestellung. Dann kam unsere Suppe sehr schnell und leider VOR den Getränken. Die Maronensuppe, auf die wir uns so gefreut hatten, war leider nur lauwarm und hatte zuviel Essig im Geschmack. Vorher wurde uns das obligatorische € 6,- Brötchen (pro Person !) mit einem als Karamellbutter angekündigten faden Margarineaufstrich serviert. Die verspätete Lieferung der Getränke wurde mit der Überforderung der Bar erklärt, allerdings gab es keine Entschuldigung. Der Hauptgang ( Tafelspitz und Saibling) ließ dann lange auf sich warten und war für Preise um die € 40,- wirklich nichts besonderes, zumal schon wieder nur lauwarm! Der Service war unpersönlich und eher wenig aufmerksam. Schade, das Ambiente - und wahrscheinlich auch die Küche- gäben mehr her. Aber man will offensichtlich aus dem Laden zuviel Umsatz rausquetschen.

Auf Grund der hohen Frequenz , war es unserer sehr engagierten Bedienung nicht möglich den Service zu leisten , damit der Aufenthalt dem Preis gerecht wird.

Wir saßen im "Nebenzimmer" gegenüber vom Haupthaus, unten neben dem Weihnachtsmarkt, die Tür war ständig auf und es war irgendwann super kalt und ungemütlich. Die Kellner haben öfter lauter diskutiert was schade war. Der Service war sehr freundlich aber nicht aufmerksam wie ich es mir von einem gehobenen Restaurant bei den Preisen erwarte.

While the food was very good we set the reservation for 9pm only to find when we sat down the kitchen was closing at 9:15pm so our meal was completely rushed. Our sever was ok but due to this also rushed then at the end explained why again and stood over us with tipping Traveling the past two weeks in Europe it was not only my most expensive meal but not one to savor. I don’t know why I had the option of booking at that time when it was closing.
